Coldlist is a plain job board for the people who build and run data centres in Sweden. Every ad shows what it pays. Every employer is verified by a phone call. And if a company goes seven days without answering your application, it closes itself — and tells you why.
Red is alive. Blue is nearly out of time. Dashed grey closed on its own, because nobody answered. The number is days left, not days waiting.
No open, no reply, no decline within a week and the application closes itself. You are told, by name, which company let it lapse. Declining costs an employer nothing. Silence is the only thing that counts against them — and the count is public on every ad they post.
A “no” on Tuesday is worth more than a “maybe” that never arrives. Nobody should wait two months to hear nothing.
Every account is tied to a verified organisation number and confirmed by a human on the phone. In-house recruiters and HR are welcome — they work for the employer. Agencies, RPO and independent recruiters posting on behalf of a client are refused.
The work, where it is, what it pays, and how many interviews before they decide. No feed, no video, no sponsored placement, no posts nobody asked for. We never hold your CV. You send it to one employer, once, when you choose. Nothing here is ranked, scored or given a match percentage.
Nothing open yet. The first verified employers go up here. Every ad will carry a salary range, the number of interview stages, and the seven-day clock — or it does not go up at all.

What the form collects. Your email address and which of the two boxes you ticked. That is the whole list. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, and nothing is recorded while you are only reading.
Who else sees it. The site is hosted by Netlify, who also store what the form sends until we collect it. Nobody else.
What we keep, and for how long. What you write is deleted 15 days after the application it belongs to closes. The bare record — that an application was made and whether it was answered — is kept without your name, because that is what makes an employer’s reply rate public.
Your CV. We do not ask for one and we do not store one. When an employer wants to see it, you decide, and it goes to them.
Your rights. Ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — one email to hej@coldlist.se and it is done, no reason needed. Complaints can also go to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
